Refund policy

RETURN

We offer a 7-day easy return policy after the shipment is delivered. If there's a quality issue with either the t-shirt or the print — meaning the t-shirt is damaged or the print is damaged — we'll happily provide a replacement or refund. Customers should notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery (or within a reasonable timeframe).

REPLACEMENT

For sizing problems, we only offer replacements.
Please make sure the tag remains attached to the T-shirt and is not removed. If the tag is cut off, the T-shirt will be ineligible for any return or refund.  

Please note that all merchandise is printed on demand, so anything returned to us essentially becomes dead stock.

If you need to replace a product, please ship it to our warehouse address. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred while sending the product back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process and ship the replacement within 7-12 business days.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE 

For prepaid orders, the customer only needs to ship the item back to us at their own cost. We will cover the shipping charges for sending the replacement. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer must not only ship the item back to us but also bear the shipping charges for the replacement item.

Before sending any item for replacement, customers must contact us via email at junpaiapparels@gmail.com to inform us about the issue and initiate the replacement process.

  • You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.
  • If the product is found to be damaged upon receipt on our end, the entire replacement process will be nullified, and we will need to ship back the same product to you again.

Once we give instructions regarding the return, the returned item must be shipped within 7-10 business days of delivery in order to get a full product replacement. 

  • In case of refund, we will initiate the refund in 3-5 days of us receiving the product back.
  • Please note: After the refund is initiated from our side the time period in which the amount reflects back in your account may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation is valid only for the first 24 hours of placing the order.
