At Junpai, each order is prepared with care.
• Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing.
• Dispatch & Shipping: Your order will be dispatched after the processing period, once picked up by our logistics partner.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding our slower pace ensures thoughtful handling and quality at every step.

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to courier or delivery partner issues. If your order is delayed for more than 25 days, you can request to cancel the order and we will issue a full refund.

Returns & Cancellation

• We do not accept returns for any reason.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Exchanges

As a small business, we work with limited inventory and produce in small batches to maintain quality and uniqueness. Many of our pieces sell out quickly, and once they’re gone, restocking or offering replacements isn’t always possible. Every change or repeated request impacts our workflow more than it would for a large-scale brand. We truly do our best to accommodate everyone, but we also have to ensure fairness and smooth operations for all our customers. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support, it helps us continue creating thoughtfully and serving you better.

Size Exchanges

• Size exchanges will be accepted only if the customer contacts us within 24 hours of delivery.

Defects, Missing Items, or Mismatched Products

If an item arrives defective, incomplete, or incorrect:
1. Customers must contact our team first with proper proof.
2. The product will usually need to be returned to us for inspection.
3. Once received:
• If the correct product/variant is in stock, it will be shipped out.
• If it is not available, the team will provide:
• An alternative product of the same value, or
• A store credit,
depending on inventory availability.
